 Ejari Contract Registration

LYD ensures that all tenancy contracts are registered with the Municipality and Ejari is created for all our tenants. We have a dedicated team catering to municipal affairs who would be managing the Ejari registration.

In the unfortunate instances where there are issues with bounced cheques or non-payment of rent, LYD will follow up with tenants for collections and also assist in such instances for filing disputes in Rental Dispute Committee / Dubai Courts.
